Pastor Lee Hall was Born in San Felipe, Texas and raised by a single mom. Although he was brought up in the Church and believed in God, he didn’t understand much more about his Church experience. One day during the 6th grade, he heard the voice of the Lord, with and instruction to “Go to Huntsville,” similar to Samuel, and he didn’t know what to do with the voice or how to respond. The same instruction was given by God again during 8th grade and finally in the 12th grade. By this time, he understood that the instruction was significant, and that he would follow the path to “Go to Huntsville,” After High School graduation and two years at a Junior College he went to Huntsville to finish his college education at Sam Houston State University located in Huntsville Texas. November 1, 1984 he attended a college Christian retreat, and that evening during the retreat, the pastor’s message was so directed to him that he gave his complete heart to Christ as he heard from the Lord again. No longer was this the God of his mother, but his God as well.
The direction of the Lord ignited a heightened passion for Pastor Hall to diligently do the work of the ministry as he worked with youth, taught noonday prayer, bible studies, and supported his Senior Pastor. As he continued in his passion of supporting the ministry, he was lead to become educated in ministry, and his spiritual gifts manifested over time in preaching, pastoring, teaching, administration, encouragement, and prayer, which is mostly all the gifts he needed to fulfil his call as Senior Pastor. Pastoring with Wisdom and Grace, he is sensitive to the needs of the congregation based on his many personal experiences. He also utilizes the gifts of the Holy Spirit as he pastors at Grace. He is able to see the gifts and abilities of the people as assists them by placing them in ministries that nurture their abilities so that they are not intimidated by their spiritual gifts. He sees the congregation of Grace Christian Center with high potential and he focuses on teaching the congregation to be active, impactful, and influential; to take the Word of God outside the walls of the building to the community. He also prays and speaks over the children during each service to help develop their knowledge and faith in God.
Pastor Lee Hall, Sr. and his late wife, Barbara, have two adult children, Lee Hall, Jr. and Arisha Hall. He recently married Angela Hutton, who has two adult children Natalie and Nicole and she is also a grandmother of five.
