Receiving Salvation

At Grace, God has called us to be deliberate in how we do ministry. He has given us a set of values that guides us in everything that we do as we strive to inspire others to grow in Christ.
How do I accept Christ?

• Acknowledge that you are a sinner
• Pray and confess your sins to God
• Ask God to forgive you of your sins
• Ask God to come into your heart

THE ABCs OF SALVATION
A.  Admit you are a sinner.
“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” (Romans 3:23)
“Wherefore, as by one-man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:” (Romans 5:12)

 B.  Believe in Jesus Christ for Salvation.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”(John 3:16)
“But God commended his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners. Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8)
“That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” (Romans 10:9)

 C.  Confess through prayer, invite Jesus into your life to become your personal Savior.
“For with the heart, man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation.” (Romans 10:10)
“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13)

Please pray this prayer and believe it in your heart…
"Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and I do not deserve eternal life. But, I believe You died and rose from the grave to make me a new creation and to prepare me to dwell in your presence forever. Jesus, come into my life, take control of my life, forgive my sins and save me. I am now placing my trust in You alone for my salvation and I accept your free gift of eternal life."
